Endress+Hauser's New E-direct Website

Endress+Hauser is proud to announce that we’ve transitioned to a new, user-friendly E-direct site. The new platform was implemented last month, without any service interruptions, for one reason and one reason only — to better serve our customers.

Designed to help you find products more quickly and efficiently, the new site has several new exciting features.

New Features and Benefits

Switching to our new site was an easy decision to make, as we can now offer our clients a more intuitive purchasing experience.

Firstly, the transition presented an excellent opportunity for us to optimize product pricing. We were able to lower prices on much of our inventory of temperature sensors, level switches, pressure sensors, flowmeters and analysis tools. And, as before, volume discounts remain in place for most products.

We’ve also been able to decrease shipping times for some of our most popular items. Certain configurations of our Liquiphant point level switches, for instance, will now ship from our U.S. product center within 2 business days. Lead times for every product are posted clearly, giving you full insight into product availability.

With smart page design, 360-degree product views, intuitive navigation tools, and intelligent search functions and filters, the new platform is comprehensive but user-friendly. Previously saved product and payment information for existing customers remains available on the new platform.
